  • Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after you have checked out. 
  • Only one coupon code per order is valid.

The Lavish South Boutique accepts Visa and Mastercard payments, as well as PayPal. Please provide your exact billing address that matches your card and telephone number when checking out for fast processing. All transactions are secure.

  • Is there sales tax?

           Yes, there will be a 6% sales tax applied to all orders shipped in Kentucky.

RETURNS:  Please keep in mind: All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping. We CANNOT take fault on damaged items after they are worn. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacturer defects or an item is broken. ALL zippers are tested before fulfilling an order to reassure they are working properly. WE CANNOT TAKE FAULT if a zipper is forced broken while trying on, improper care, or incorrect sizing. Exact colors may vary due to photography and lighting. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations will not be qualified as a defect and will not be accepted as a return.

  • We do not offer money back returns. You may return for online store credit only  if an item does not fit properly, shipping credit is not given, only the amount paid for the initial product. The item must be returned/postmarked within 4 days from the received date. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. 

  • Your return will be inspected.

  • All returned items must have the Tags  attached, we will not honor an exchange without an un-tampered tag. Please contact us to exchange, in store exchanges are encouraged.

  • Any returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

  • When making a return you should include a copy of  the original invoice and a note of why it is being returned. 

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your store credit if we approve it.

 Shipping Policy

  • We offer a USPS flat rate shipping option of $8.00 on all clothing items (some accessories may be excluded and ship free) and ship to residential and P.O. Boxes in the United States.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • For in store local pick up please allow 24 hours for your order to be fulfilled or call to order over the phone. We will be happy to assist you

  • Orders are filled and shipped within 48 hours on weekdays if it does not require personlization. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. If you are purchasing during high volume times such as holidays or special sales please know shipping can take up to 2 weeks.

 The Lavish South Boutique is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS shipping

  • Products that are lost or damages in the mail. The USPS service will be responsible once we ship your package, tracking will automatically be emailed to you once shipped. For products marked delivered by the postal service, you will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package. 

  •  If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update until delivered, while you will still receive your order. 

  • All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 


It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to ship quickly, so there is a very small window of time to to change the address of the order. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at thelavishsouthboutique@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change if time allows, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to.
